Variegated sport of Spartacus.  If you are just going to enjoy this larger bloom, great.  If you want to show, I'd recommend some cover.  You can see the fading on lower ray florets in second photo.  Some blooms will also be splotchier, not just a variegated stripe, may include being redder or blooms might be fully red. At the least, grow it and cut it to enjoy!
